1. Agreement to Terms
By downloading, installing, or using MY AKAD PRO ("the App"), you agree to be bound by this End User License Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.
2. License Grant
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use MY AKAD PRO for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to the terms of this Agreement.
3. Restrictions
You may not:
- Modify, reverse engineer, or decompile the App
- Remove any copyright or proprietary notices
- Use the App for any illegal purpose
- Transfer or sublicense your rights to use the App
- Use the App to harm, threaten, or harass others
4. In-App Purchases & Subscription Terms
MY AKAD PRO offers one-time purchase plans (Basic at RM5.90 and Premium at RM49.90) with the following terms:
- Purchases are one-time and do not auto-renew
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
- Purchases can be managed through your App Store account settings
- All purchases are final — no refunds for completed purchases except where required by applicable law
- Prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and are subject to change with notice
Refund requests are handled by Apple per their standard App Store refund policy. We do not process refunds directly. Contact Apple Support at reportaproblem.apple.com.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of MY AKAD PRO — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software — are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
6. User Content
You retain full ownership of any data you input into the App. We do not claim ownership of your wedding planning data, guest lists, budgets, or other personal information you store in the App.
By using the App you grant us a limited licence to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the App's services to you.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. YOUR USE OF THE APP IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, REVENUE, OR GOODWILL — ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we reasonably believe violates this Agreement or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
Upon termination, your licence to use the App ceases immediately. Provisions of this Agreement that by their nature should survive termination will continue in effect.
10. Changes to Terms
We may modify this Agreement at any time by posting the revised version in the App or on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.
11. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
